In the 1st test day 1 Bangladesh played their level best good innings against an experience Pakistani bowling attack. Bangladesh made 332 runs bating first. In reply Pakistan team played very well. Mohammad Hafiz the Pakistan opener made a double century and scored 224 runs.
Every Pakistan player chipped in and score runs. Four fifties are scored by Pakistani players as well. With all these runs Pakistan team was able to build a very big score on the board. On the end of the third day's play Pakistan team made 537/5 (148.0 overs).
